The Development Review Board (DRB) is a quasi-judicial body charged with administering key provisions of Northfield's zoning bylaws.  The Board is responsible for hearing all applications for development review, including applications for site plan, subdivision, variance, conditional use, and appeals of Zoning Administrator decisions.

 

The DRB meets on the 4th Thursday of each month starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room located in the Brown Public Library (93 South Main Street).  The Town of Northfield's YouTube channel hosts videos of recent DRB meetings.  Please click here to access.
