Northfield Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is responsible for developing and drafting the Town Plan and Zoning Bylaws. The current Town Plan and Zoning Bylaws are available here:

The Planning Commission is in the process of updating the Town Plan. We encourage members of the public to review the Town Plan and provide comments, which we will then consider as we prepare the update. Public comments on the Town Plan and the Zoning Bylaws are always welcome.

The current Planning Commission members are Laura Hill-Eubanks (Chair), Aaron Rhodes (Vice-Chair), Nancy Peck, and Ruth Ruttenberg.  There is one (1) vacant position on the Planning Commission.

The Northfield Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Community Room located in the Brown Public Library (93 South Main Street).
